The Fort Worth Alliance Air Show is coordinated by Alliance Air Productions, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. The primary beneficiary of the 2007 air show was the USO of Dallas/Fort Worth.

The 2006 event raised nearly $85,000 for local nonprofits that helped provide some of the 400 volunteers the event needs. Groups the show benefited include the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base's Morale, Welfare and Recreation; the Fort Worth Boys Choir; the Civil Air Patrol; and local Girl and Boy Scout troops, among many others.
