Located on the front crowd line, our individualized, high profile chalets in Chalet Village or Employee Lodge offer your important guests, customers, employees, family and friends a one-of-a-kind, VIP air show experience. Sponsorships range from $5,000 to $20,000.
One of the premier sponsor levels. Your company will receive custom exhibit space, marketing and brand exposure, and overall guest entertainment including private chalets and passes to the exclusive Performer Ramp Party. Sponsorships range from $25,000 to $35,000.
In the last millennium, air shows were the 2nd most popular spectator sport in North America. Naming rights and exhibit space can help accomplish your marketing goals, whether your objective is moving products, building recognition or positioning a brand image. Sponsorships range from $1,000 to $20,000.
This program is designed to enable companies large or small to be involved with the air show and demonstrate support of military and civilian aviation history. Sponsorships range from $500 to $2,500.
Purchase a half page or full page ad in the official event program. The program features the performer line-up, air show map, guest info, and more. A full page is $1,000. A half page is $800.

A discounted exhibit rate program is available to allow nonprofit organizations and government agencies the ability to participate and gain visibility to the North Texas community. Companies that are certified 501c3 organizations or bonafide government agencies receive a discount from the standard exhibit rates. Proof of certification must be provided. There are two types of discounted exhibits available: Nonprofit Exhibit and Nonprofit Community Exhibit.
The Nonprofit Exhibit is space exclusive to your organization.
Nonprofit Exhibit Rates:
Each exhibitor will be provided ramp space only. Exhibitor is responsible for tent, tables, chairs, signage, electricity and all other exhibit related items they may require.
The Nonprofit Community Exhibit includes ramp space only and is a shared 20x20 exhibit available to four exhibitors. Selection will be based on a lottery basis if more than four applications are received. Nonprofit Community Exhibit Rate is $225 per exhibitor.
